okaok Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okaok ("okaok," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okaok online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing the okaok Login page, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the okaok platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of okaok, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the platform in any capacity. These Terms should be read in conjunction with okaok's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use okaok, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law applicable to casino-style gambling activities. okaok strictly enforces this age restriction and will conduct age verification during registration and at any subsequent point deemed necessary.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of okaok complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okaok, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous okaok account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of okaok services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one okaok account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.
• KYC Verification: okaok is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID) and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.
• Account Ownership: Your okaok account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Right to Refuse: okaok reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okaok account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your okaok Login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. okaok support staff will never ask for your password.
• You must notify okaok immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised.
• okaok will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• okaok may implement additional security measures, including two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, at its discretion. You agree to cooperate with such measures.
• okaok reserves the right to suspend or lock your account if it detects unusual login activity, suspected unauthorized access, or any activity that may indicate a security breach.

5. Deposits & Payments

okaok accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, or Security Bank
• Debit card (issued by a Philippine bank in your name)

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. okaok does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposited funds are held in a segregated player account and are not used for okaok's operational expenses. Deposits are credited to your okaok account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your okaok account. okaok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to the applicable bonus terms for details.
• okaok reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• okaok reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

okaok offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. okaok reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• okaok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on okaok — including live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, sports betting, and coin games — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• All slot and RNG-based games on okaok use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments and are subject to real-time monitoring.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, okaok's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. okaok's decision in such matters is final.
• okaok reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by a technical error, software bug, or any form of manipulation.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change. okaok reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with its sportsbook rules, which are published separately.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okaok platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the okaok platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such bugs must be reported to okaok support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the okaok platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing okaok from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your okaok account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward okaok staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the okaok platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

okaok is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered okaok players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. okaok will notify you when your limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from okaok at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the okaok platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of okaok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okaok platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the okaok platform without prior written consent from okaok.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okaok shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the okaok platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the okaok platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond okaok's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the okaok platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okaok's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

okaok collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using okaok, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okaok complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

okaok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okaok will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the okaok platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using okaok and may request closure of your account.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and okaok, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting okaok's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, okaok's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external escalation. okaok will respond to all formal dispute submissions within fifteen (15) business days.
